Easy Does It Clubs take their name from the famous AA slogan itself. The Mesa Easy Does It Club facility offers meetings several times a day. All meetings offered at the facility share the same name – Easy Does It.
They’re open to anyone who wants to end the suffering of alcohol addiction. AA meetings assist individuals, guiding them through the 12 steps until they complete their goals. After finishing all twelve steps, people have new insights that empower them to become sponsors, mentors, or group leaders who carry the AA message of hope forward to new people.

Easy Does It Meeting Times and Information
Easy Does It in Mesa provides AA services several times daily, across several meeting types and categories. For example, they have a speaker meeting every Friday, and women-only and LGBT opportunities once a week.
Mesa Easy Does It offers over 30 opportunities to visit and receive support each week. Here is a breakdown of the different formats and when you can attend, in order from Sunday to Saturday:
Open Groups
These meetings are open to anyone who wants to receive information about AA. Attendees can bring along families or friends to provide additional support on these days. It can be a fantastic way for loved ones to find out more about addiction and understand how they can assist as you complete the required steps.

Speaker Meeting
Speaker meetings feature a member who shares their personal stories of addiction and recovery. They provide inspiration and hope in an authentic way, not a performance. Hearing about the success of others can be a powerful motivator.

This group is designed to be a safe, affirming space for members of the LGBT community, who sometimes have expressed concerns about security and personal safety.

Is this required? No. But is it needed to maintain motivation? Yes, usually, particularly in early recovery.
