Outpatient Rehab

If you’re raging a personal war against alcohol or drug addiction, then you should try our outpatient rehab in Arizona. Purpose Healing Center offers a comfortable setting where you can work on your addiction and find a way to discard it. During the day, you’ll be undergoing treatment at our center, and you’ll return home during the night.

What is the outpatient treatment?

Substance abuse rehab usually takes place under different programs:

  • Inpatient rehab treatment
  • Residential inpatient rehab
  • Partial hospitalization program
  • Intensive outpatient program
  • Outpatient program

With the outpatient treatment, our patients need to come to our clinic periodically and undergo treatment. After they complete the treatment session, they’ll return home and digest what they’ve learned. The difference between this rehab program and all others is that a patient doesn’t require hospitalization during the treatment. In all respects, this is a light form of rehab, and if the addiction worsens, a patient should transition to a higher-level treatment plan.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment

Our center entirely focuses on the scientifically-proven benefits of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Whether you suffer from drug abuse or alcohol addiction, CBT and psychotherapy will change you in the following ways:

  • You will identify the roots of your addiction, and the negative behaviors attached to it
  • With guidance, you will start changing your mental patterns and practices from destructive to constructive
  • Your addiction will weaken its grip on your psyche because you know how to counter it
  • Drug and alcohol cravings will ease off until they disappear completely

Psychotherapy has proven itself as an invaluable tool against addiction by working with a patient’s psyche. We also use motivational enhancement therapy, family therapy, and support groups to further help our patients go through the difficult transition.

Flexible treatment programs

There are two situations that make you the ideal candidate for our outpatient rehab program:

  1. You’ve already completed an intensive form of rehab
  2. Your addiction isn’t as severe, allowing you to participate in less intense forms of treatment

If you choose to transition from a residential intensive rehab program to an outpatient one, we will oversee your progress and guide you forward.

You will have the chance to reintegrate yourself socially and regain confidence in yourself. After a period of total isolation in our addiction center, you will find either find it difficult to go back home or be enthusiastic about it. In any case, we require you to visit us for group counseling and individual counseling.

Do I need intensive outpatient treatment?

Most of our patients gained much insight during the transition from the residential to intensive outpatient rehab programs. The end-goal is for you to become a functional member of society, and be adept at socializing. You need to be in control of your life, and returning home is the key to doing that.

Purpose Healing Center gives you a new goal in life by curing your addictions and substance abuse problems. Each of our patients that regain their stability in life is another success for us. Through counseling, we ensure those patients remain stable for the rest of their lives.
